He's from ESC 2007 representing Belarus at the time, his name is Dima Koldun.

Apparently the Greek press really don't like him! I actually heard that they made some comment that they were glad that Sakis was wearing white this year, cos Dima was wearing black for his performance and, well they don't like him :S completely stupid comment... but that's what I heard

Well that's rather stupid there. Not liking him because he wore black.

I found his ESC song just now on youtube and remembered it. I didnt like it at all.... it was cheesy and I can totally see why the greeks were not into this guy.. there would have been comparisons to our God Im sure and ya gotta admit there is noooooo cmparison.

but....if he's prepared to rock it up a bit.... still wear black, chains and eyeliner... he can be the support act on my patio!!!

There is many more much better songs than just his ESC songs. Plus the one Sheree posted in his thread is brilliant.

Yes he really does have much better songs! I liked his one for Eurovision but when I heard his other songs I actually much prefered them and wouldn't even rate his eurovision performance as his best at all, which is an awful thing to say but oh well I obviously still liked it though!

Well in my mind his song there 4 ESC '07 was quite good there. The moment I've seen and heard it that was among the songs I wanted 2 win the whole thing. As far as the comparisons between him and Sakis there's actually isn't one. He has his own style and so is our man. Although Work Your Magic is quite a great song it does not mean that I would b a fan of his full time. There's only one artist that I'm a full time fan of and that's no doubt Sakis!

It was my favourite from that year also But they're very different in many ways Sakis and Dima! The only way in which I'd compare them is they're both from Eurovision

I also remembered something else the Greek press said about him! You know Sakis performed at the Belarussian party this year, well you know when the music didn't start for ages, guess who they blamed for it Dima, saying he was a bad luck omen how childish! It's not even like Dima has ever been competing against him, God knows why they pick on him so much!
