NEW FORUM'S RULES !!!!

This forum was created with an aim of supporting Sakis Rouvas.

Here are the new rules you have to follow.

*Don't offend anyone racially, sexually or anything that breaches the person's rights.

*To keep the VIP section (many members register because of them).
Now, we stop to look after the pictures and who ever posts them on their own page (we have better things to do).
If you don't want them distributed don't upload them at all.
If members post their own pics taken by them here, they have to accept the way that they can be found on other websites...

*Now our big interest is to kept this forum in a good atmosphere.
We ban members only if they insult Sakis or other members or if they put pornographic pics or things that are likely to shock.

*Identity Scams, trolling, flaming, fraud, spam that includes illegally licenced products are also not allowed.

*Material stolen from elsewhere and claims that it's their own is NOT ALLOWED, they will be dealt with seriously especially if it's a picture from press related sites. Some owners of sites and copyright proprietors lurk in open forums and can report such incidents and can take legal action if they saw something like this, in the way to block the forum, and made it deleted...

*Also, we unblock all the IP and E-mail addresses that we block because of the
pics stealing rules... (now, there's no reason for keeping them blocked)...

Don't flatter me. This has nothing to do with me! The administrators had the idea originally and I just happened to agree. And anybody who has access to the mod's forum can confirm this. It's only a coincidence that it happened just now.

If I had wanted to fight that rule about pics I would have had before. I wouldn't wait until I became a mod to have a say... That's just not who I am...

Yes what jo say it's truth she only ask us that she is agree with me and moldie. But in start it's my idea. Im simply bored by look after who stole pics

I have actually drafted THREE replies to this subject but I am not going to post anything else here tonight... I am way too pissed off by the constant change of attitude here.

The rules and the attitude here seem to change on a weekly basis according to whether our Chief Admin is "bored" by the particular subject in hand.

I can fully accept the position with regard to photos and videos.

I choose the option available to me... NOT to upload anything.


but I am less than happy that you now seem to feel it is ok to let a member who has caused uproar here in the past... back onto the boards when in fact you were chasing her all over the internet and proving her illegal activities ONLY LAST WEEK !!!!!

I want no part of this.

The rules before have many things to do with Pictures and Videos Rights, for keep them here and only HERE !!

But it's IMPOSSIBLE !!

There is always a way for stole pics and found them all over the web...

Now, if someone wants to kept his own pictures private, DON'T UPLOAD THEM !!!!!

And 4 me I'm going 2 pretend that particular member or anyone who is associated with that member r not around here or don't even exist!

I don't pretend that i forget and get ahead of that all things happened before but now we have NEW rules, those rules have nothing to do with pics copyrights...

So, wait and see, but the rules are clear, and if someone is catch up with scams or other things, will be banned him ...

But you have re-admitted a member who has a history of scamming not only here on these boards but elswhere.... even going as far as to open fake sites using the names of other members here!!!

Why do you keep wiping the slate clean for this particular person and giving her chance after chance... She has let you AND US down THREE TIMES now.

I really couldnt care less how you feel about the pics issue. You gave a solution... if we dont like it... dont upload...

OK. Can you tell me what was the uproar about regarding those members you say? Was there more than taking pictures from here and uploading them elsewhere?

Can 1 or 2 persons keep track of what 468 members are doing all over the web? What do you think? Could you do it? Even if I accepted that pictures in here should be protected (which I don't, I'm clear about this and you know it), how on earth is that possible in a practical way? I think it's not.

As far as I know there were only 2 members that complained about their pictures being taken and posted on other pages. Is it fair that Paraskevie and Moldie should spend all of their spare time to play detective and police in order to keep those 2 happy? And having to ban members every little while for doing what is such a common place on the internet? I know professional photographers who allow everyone to use their pictures, for God's sake!

Usually professional photographers let their pics to become fan/free use as long as it is not used officially. If used officially that is where the permission is required.

It would take much more than this to destroy my friendship with Jo!!!!

We are off to Kalimarmaro together on wednesday and will be friends forever but that does not mean I will not voice my opinions here on the boards.

Jane's absolutely right on this. Friendships don't fall apart because of a disagreement. That's part of everyday life and also inevitable when people with strong opinions are involved.

We do have disagreements here on certain things. Yet we do it in a way that it won't harm our bond that we have developed here all because of Sakis. No doubt it's part of everyday life. Not all of us can agree on anything. Yet it doesn't mean that we don't like each other! We luv each other so much just as we r 2wards Sakis!

You know that I love each and every one of you in this forum and I have made some life changing friendships because of this place.

It will not however prevent me from voicing my opinion on something if I feel strongly about it.

Friendships will not suffer.... dont EVER worry about that!!!
