Maybe because you think that traditional Greek is only like this..
but after this there was roman empire,byzantium, and then ottoman empire and revolution...during that years(ottoman-revolution)traditional Greek costumes and many Balkans costumes were like the one Sakis wears,of course there was different costumes in different places in Greece,but still when Greeks talk about traditional costumes this is what they mean..
