Problems with the Cyrillic alphabet on my PC

I need help here, I do not have the Cyrillic alphabet on my computer nor my photoshop program and when I copied the writing off an Eastern European website and a font I downloaded to a creation of mine in photoshop, it doesn't work like it does with proper characters. Can somebody tell me a way of doing this? I do not know if it's my computer not compatiable with it or not. It's the same with Greek letters but I have Greek letters in my program though.

It's OK now, and I know what is the problem, I solved it just now. I have to open up the text box first then paste the letters in there.
